Traits

It's so funny to me how Avery has aquired certain traits from me, and certain others from Brad. I mean of course I knew that's how it worked...we created her after all, but it's still something you don't really think about until that little creation is here and slowly becoming their own little person. So, I though it'd be fun to list the different things I've noticed so far, and see how they change as Avery becomes older, and also to see how she differs from any future siblings she has when they are this age.

Just like Mommy:

• she's a talker
• she's a little bit dramatic if things don't go her way or if she's tired
• she enjoys her sleep
• it takes her a little time to actually wake up...don't expect a reaction or smile from her right away
• she's a cuddler and very affectionate

Just like Daddy:

• she loves to make people laugh
• she's completely comfortable being the center of attention
• she does not like her hands to be dirty...if she gets something on them the she will come to you, hand extended, and once you wipe it off she is completely fine and goes back to playing
• she's not big on sweets...she hasn't been interested in many sweets we've wanted her to try...including her birthday cake

All on her Own:

• she loves loves loves music and dances to EVERYTHING...even bedtime lullibys
• she is super cautious and carefully checks everything out
• she hates things on her feet...I cannot get the child to wear shoes, and even socks don't last very long

I'm sure there are more that i'm missing, but those are the big one's I've been noticing lately.
